The heart of Sentipack is a flexible and compact sensor timing board able to accurately timestamp sensor messages with a resolution of 10 ns

The Sentipack can be  integrated with a range of sensors by end-users and has PPS-output to trigger external sensors.

Easy to upgrade

Extending the Sentiboard with new sensors or replacing old ones is easy. Adding sensors you already own is also possible.

Software

Our software framework allow configuration of sensors, logging of data, parsing sensor messages, and converting the sensor information to higher-level formats, such as MATLAB and Python’s NumPy implementation.

The SenTiBoard primarily communicates through an USB interface. This allows the board to be configured and tested using a regular computer before connecting it to the on-board computer.

Developed at NTNU, trusted by Airbus

Due to the accurate timing of the SenTiBoard we can replay the data exactly as it was recorded when we are back in the lab. This makes us able to develop our algorithms without needlessly repeating the experiment, avoiding additional costs for new experiments, and providing a more accurate baseline when comparing the newly developed algorithms as the input data is identical.
